The room they gave us was really spacious and comfortable. The staff were very responsive and polite especially Nabil the receptionist, he was really nice to us and made sure we are satisfied and all our needs were provided. The location was also great and close to the metro and bus stations as well as really nice coffee shops and restaurants. Bonus point: the athen in the mosque right infront of it was amazing and kept us speechless all the time. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. Calm and clean area. Safe to go around the streets alone. The metro stop is 5 min away and then you can get to the main attractions in the city.

The hotel location is great, easy to access almost to everything. The staff and management are very helpful. Rooms are extremly clean and well designed. Just loved it! I highly recommend it.

The size of the room was good, it was clean and tidy. All the staff were friendly and willing to assist. The location of the hotel is good as you have access to all facilities and good transport links. All the staff spoke English and provided good local knowledge. The staff were lovely .

We have previously stayed in hotels in Istambul, and so far, this one is the best. Ahmed was always very kind and helpful, as well as his colleagues, very nice people trying to make a pleasant stay. They also helped us with a CD reader to be able to read our medical results. There is also a coffee machine on the ground floor to use for free. Such a good vibe in this hotel. The room was sparkling clean, and everything was nicely arranged. Excellent quality for a friendly price!

Everything was as described in photos and communication with the staff was smooth. English is good. They are such nice people working here and even though l could not communicate well after a double jaw surgery, they took the time to understand me and had a lot of patience. Helped me order food, which was very restricted. Its clean and quiet. Safe neighbourhood and sentral. I would come again
