I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and was extremely impressed with the overall experience. The cleanliness of the entire property was exceptional, from the lobby to the rooms – everything was spotless and well-maintained. What truly stood out, however, was the attentiveness of the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and eager to assist with any needs or questions I had. It’s clear they take pride in providing a high level of service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The room they gave us was really spacious and comfortable. The staff were very responsive and polite especially Nabil the receptionist, he was really nice to us and made sure we are satisfied and all our needs were provided. The location was also great and close to the metro and bus stations as well as really nice coffee shops and restaurants. Bonus point: the athen in the mosque right infront of it was amazing and kept us speechless all the time. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. Calm and clean area. Safe to go around the streets alone. The metro stop is 5 min away and then you can get to the main attractions in the city.

I was in Istanbul for a work trip but added a few days on to be a tourist. This hotel was ideal for the congress centre (Taksim - 20ish min walk). The hotel is 5 min walk from Osmanbey Metro which is really cheap and easy to travel on and is 1 stop to Taksim, 2 stops to Sishane (for Galata tower) and 4 stops to Vezniclier (for grand bazaar, blue mosque, Hagia Sophia). The staff here were superb. Always helpful with information we needed and gave us a free upgrade on arrival.

The size of the room was good, it was clean and tidy. All the staff were friendly and willing to assist. The location of the hotel is good as you have access to all facilities and good transport links. All the staff spoke English and provided good local knowledge. The staff were lovely .

We have previously stayed in hotels in Istambul, and so far, this one is the best. Ahmed was always very kind and helpful, as well as his colleagues, very nice people trying to make a pleasant stay. They also helped us with a CD reader to be able to read our medical results. There is also a coffee machine on the ground floor to use for free. Such a good vibe in this hotel. The room was sparkling clean, and everything was nicely arranged. Excellent quality for a friendly price!
